Sync your decks with iCloud

Turn on Settings > Sync decks with iCloud on each iPhone and iPad. Your decks and tags then follow your Apple ID, with no sign-in.

  1. Open Settings in Slide Forge and turn on Sync decks with iCloud.

    Settings: VIP card, appearance, app language and defaults for new decks.

  2. Do the same on your other iPhone or iPad, signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID.

  3. Changes arrive on the other device when it opens Slide Forge. If a deck changed on both, the newer version wins. Deleting a deck deletes it everywhere.

Good to know

  • If the switch says Sign in to iCloud in the Settings app to sync, the device is not signed in to iCloud.
  • iCloud gives Slide Forge a small space (about 1 MB) for decks. Decks are compressed and the newest go first; when the space is full, the oldest decks stay on the device only.
  • Sync is for your own devices. To give a deck to someone else, share a web link or export a file.
