Troubleshooting
When something does not work the way it should.
- Screenshots of a slide come out blackOn a free account, screenshots and screen recordings of the editor and the presenter come out black. VIP accounts are never blocked.
- A deck could not be madeMost failures are the connection. Check you are online and tap Try again. If it keeps failing, write to us with your User ID.
- A document or deck will not importDocuments must be PDF, Word, PowerPoint or text and at most 8 MB. Decks to import must be PowerPoint or PDF and at most 30 MB.
- Photo search is not workingPhoto search is unavailable right now means the photo service could not be reached; try again shortly. No photos found means the words matched nothing: try other words.
- Link stats are empty or will not openLink stats need a web link and VIP. If the app says Make a web link first, make one from Export > Web link. No views yet means nobody has opened it.
